By using this site, our services and/or products supplied by Curtains4u.co.uk it will be considered that you fully understand and agree with all conditions and terms listed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or an item does not meet your expectations you may return it at your cost within 28 days for a refund of the value of the product (this excludes altered/customised ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric). All we require is that it arrives in original condition; including the packaging.

We are unable to accept curtains back if the strings have been pulled in any way or if they have been hung. If goods are damaged then please email or phone us and we will endeavour to sort the problem out for you.

Q. How do I return items?

Including wrong size, wrong colour, unsuitable & unwanted - please see the next question for fault items

Download and print out our returns form here. Package up the items you wish to return complete with the returns form.

We will then refund your Card or Paypal account up to the value of the goods returned to us as soon as they are received by us.

Please note: All items should be returned in their original condition, that when posting goods back to us, we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting.

Q: What if the item is faulty?

All products are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please raise a Support Ticket request. Please ensure to include your order number and the issue with the item.

We will deal with your queries quickly and efficiently, and if necessary arrange for a return and replacement to be sent without delay

Q: Can I return fabric purchased from your website?

As we have to cut the fabric you require from a roll, fabric purchased from our website is unable to be returned.

We strongly suggest that before ordering any fabric you take advantage of our free sampling service to ensure that the fabric is the correct colour, and is suitable for your requirements.

Q: Can I return Made to Measure or Ready Made Curtains with an Alteration?

Made to measure items or Ready Made Curtains with an Alteration ordered and dispatched from our website by us or third parties are not able to be returned as they are made specifically for your requirements (this include drop and heading alterations).

We strongly suggest that before ordering any fabric you take advantage of our free sampling service to ensure that the fabric is the correct colour, and is suitable for your requirements.

Please note that as extra-long and extra-wide curtains are made to order items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Q: Do I pay for returns?

Standard returns are at the cost of the customer.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS

- THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A CONDITION THEY CAN BE SOLD AS NEW

- THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED WITHIN THE PARCEL/BOX
