Shipping and Delivery

It doesn't matter how many items you order, we promise that the shipping price will remain the same.

Delivery times vary from product to product as we have to order some items on your behalf directly from our suppliers and will dispatch your order once these items have been received.

Although usually delivered sooner, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of your order. Occasionally an item may be out of stock at our warehouse or at our suppliers and we will endeavour to update you with this information as soon as possible.

Please note, made to measure curtains and alterations will take between 10-15 working days for delivery. This is due to the time required to make such items.

In the event of an alteration or made to measure item, please be aware that an extra few days may be required and delivery can take up to 15 working days.

Any items in our extra-long or extra-wide ranges are made to order items, please allow 15 - 20 working days for these to arrive. Please note that as extra-long and extra-wide curtains are made to order items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

All orders will be delivered through courier and must be signed for upon delivery. Please be aware that upon delivery a signature is required If you are unable to attend the delivery address at the time of delivery, you may wish to leave a note in the “Description” box during checkout from our site and we will endeavour to leave instructions with the courier, though we cannot guarantee that these will be heeded.

These instructions could be, for example, to leave the parcel with a specific neighbour. If our courier tries to deliver your package while you are out, and no other instructions are given, a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the goods yourself.
