My order is still not with me after the 10 - 15 Working Days you have quoted; what can I do?

We are sorry that you have not received your order in the stated time. Please raise a Support Ticket and our customer service team who will be happy to help.

I’ve found a pair of curtains I like, but I cannot find matching accessories anywhere on your site. Are they available?

If there is nothing available at the bottom of the item description page and there is nothing else coming up when you search for the name of the curtain, then it is unfortunately not available.

What is the size of the curtains eyelet?

All of our Ready Made Eyelet curtains have a standard eyelet size - diameter of the hole is 4 cm. We would recommend that you use a 28mm diameter eyelet pole to hang your curtains, you could use a curtain pole diameter anywhere within the range 16mm- 32mm but 28mm will give you the best look and feel.

Can I return my items if I have simply changed my mind?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Ready Made Curtains you can return it in its original condition and with original packaging within 14 days of you receiving your order.  

Please raise a Support Ticket with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return. We aim to contact you within 24 hours of us receiving your email (there may be a slight delay in the reply if we receive your email over the weekend).

What can I do if my goods arrive damaged?

If your goods arrive and they are faulty, please just give us a call on 0800 622 6383 to discuss so we can arrange to get a replacement out to you.

I want an alteration to my curtains. Where can I select this in the ordering process?

After selecting the correct size, a confirmation box will appear where you can confirm any alterations (if available) as required. Alterations are not availabe on every product.

What types of alteration are available?

You can have pencil pleat curtains converted to eyelet heading or have the drop shortened (or indeed both!). Please note that we do not offer a width alteration service and the drop alteration is to shorten only. Alterations are not available for all of our products.

Does payment go through immediately or do you keep it as pending until my goods are dispatched?

Your full payment goes through as soon as you confirm your card details online, as is the case for 99% of all purchases online. Unfortunately if we were to keep the payment on hold, we would also need to store the card details somewhere to use when appropriate; the direct system eliminates the need for such storage is far more secure.

When are your offices open?

Our offices are open 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays and other national English holidays.

Do your curtains come in pairs?

All of our curtains and tie backs come in pairs unless clearly stated otherwise. Voiles do not tend to come in pairs. Some cushion covers come in pairs and some don’t but this is always clearly stated.

How do you suggest I clean my curtains?

In order to get the full longevity out of your curtains, we suggest you dry clean all curtains, valances, tie backs and cushion covers purchased from us.

Do you supply samples/swatches?

We supply up to five samples per customer for our made to measure curtains and selected ready made curtains. Unfortunately we do not supply samples on all our readymade items at present..

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely. Just ring us on 0800 622 6383 and we will happily take your order over the phone.

How much is postage?

Postage to the UK mainland is £6.95.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Although usually delivered sooner, please allow 10 - 15 working days for delivery of your order.

Unfortunately there are occasions that high demand for our products may mean that we become temporarily out of stock, in such cases we order from our supplier immediately. This can however mean that the dispatch of your order may be delayed. If this happens we endeavour to contact you immediately with the necessary information.

What time of day should I expect my delivery to arrive?

The couriers we use deliver between 9am and 6pm. unfortunately we are unable to narrow the time down any further on a case-by-case basis.

Do we deliver abroad?

No, at present we do not ship abroad
